Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe appears to be our 15-199. Carefully compare the dimensions shown on the diagram below to confirm that this is the replacement you'll need. Your cover appears to be the 15-150D double support.
These shoes and covers are compatible with the 1/2" Thick Series 160 Coil springs. To determine the spring strength needed for your coils, you'll need to confirm any stamps/markings on the coil. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window and divide it by the total number of coils to select the correct spring strength.
The compatible pivot bar is part 26-378. Look over the dimensions below to confirm this is the right replacement.
