This part has come apart in two windows. It just seems to scrape against window when I open it and makes a noise.
Do you sell replacement part that I can install into frame of window?

Hello, thank you for posting,
It appears that you need a new coil cover. We can help, but to determine the right fit, can we see a picture of the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to? We will also need to know if the coil springs measure 3/8" or 1/2" thick.
I have related a similar video on the page for assistance with removing the sash to access a view of the pivot shoe. Thank you!

Hello,
This spring size is the 1/2". I am sending pictures of the pivot show with the window in. I tried to remove window but after over 20 years of not being removed it won't come out. I do not want to force it out and cause more issues than I want to deal with.

At first sight, your original cover appears rounded off at the top which resembles the 15-204. But this cover is for 3/8" thick coil springs (Series 165). If your coils are 1/2" thick, please see the 15-150D coil cover that is used with the Series 160 coil springs and the 15-199 pivot shoe.
