Tilt Balance for Summit Vinyl Window

Need to replace tilt balance. It is a Summit Vinyl window. The balance has a marking of 34B bsi on it. Measured 34"

This looks like an S795-34 with the 15-194 1" shoe, sold separately. The only issue is that your balance seems to attach with a hook to the window jamb, whereas ours use a screw clip. Can you show me the hole in the window where that hook connects? It's shape will tell us the best course of action for you.

The hole is at the top of where the window slides. This view is the left side.

Thanks for the photo. In this case, it's best to custom make 34" Series 795 balances for you, stamped 34B and with the 15-194 Shoe and 15-198 Hook attached. I just shot you an email with a custom link to order (2) of these balances. Let me know if you have further questions.
