Thanks for your post! I am certain we can recommend a replacement for your coil balance shoe. Although, I will need to see it completely removed from the window to confirm the best fit. 

You may need to replace the coils, but you'll need to examine them to confirm. Should you find you need to, please confirm the stamps/markings on the metal. If there aren't any stamps, I'll need to know the exact weight of the window sash.

No, I'll only need to see a photo of the shoe. However, you will need to remove the coils to confirm if there are any stamps on them. The stamps are what tells you the strength of the spring in the window. You can also confirm the exact sash weight.

I suspect the coils you have are for a Simonton window. If I am correct, you'll need a whole new assembly to replace what you have including the coils.

Thanks for the additional photos. This balance shoe can be replaced with the 15-259 Coil Balance Shoe. You'll also need the 26-083 Pivot Bar because the existing one will not be compatible.

Dimensions for 15-259

The compatible coils springs are the Series 159 Coil Balances. To determine the correct springs for the replacements, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils. Although, it may be best to get the sash weight to confirm the ones you need. 

You'll need the 15-255 single support for a window with one coil or the 15-256 for a window with two coils.

You'll need the S159-06 and the S159-07 to replace the coils. This will give you 13lbs on one side; 26lbs in total.

There are a few different video tutorials, tagged below, with instructions on removing and installing the coils. If your window framing does not have the cutouts you may need to create them or use jamb spreaders to remove the assemblies.
