Tilt balance with top cover block

I need to replace the mechanism for both sides of the window.
size is
27 5 GV CMC 1.

Thanks for posting! Your channel balance reminds me of the S765-28 Balance. You'll need to select the 27-5 stamp option. The plastic piece at the top of the window is the 26-053A. The screw cover is no longer available, so you'll need to reuse the one you have, if possible.

Your exact pivot shoe is no longer available, so you'll need to use the 15-046 Pivot Shoe to replace it. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.

For the tilt latches, you can use either the 26-393A or the 26-393B. To determine which of these is the correct replacement you'll need to compare the design of the latch. You'll notice the 26-393B has a peanut shaped nub on the side of it.
