Triple-coil balance spring for double-hung vinyl window

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-199 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs or the 1/2" thick Series 160 coils. 

Please review the overall dimensions to confirm a good fit! 

Take a look at the 15-150T triple coil support for the Series 160 springs and the 15-205 for the Series 165 depending on the thickness of your coils.
