Hello!

Your operator looks like it could be an older version of our 39-013 & 39-014 or 39-027E & 39-028E. If you need a new hinge set, see our 36-048. Just make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time. Look over the dimensions for these parts and compare them to yours to see if they match what you need.
