Truth casement windows parts

Hi, I have a left casement window and right casement window. On the left side (facing from indoors), the nylon bushings has fallen off which makes the arm not able to stay on the track to open and close the window. On the right side, the crank does not fully close the window. It goes part of the way, but the crank loses tension. Apologies as I could not take off the parts without getting into the window, but I noticed a "truth" logo on both operator arms. Could you help identify the parts? Also, is it possible to just purchase the nylon bushings? Thank you!
