Tube Balances

Quick Learner from Virginia Beach
I am looking for replacement Tube Balances for my white vinyl clad double hug tilt windows.

The tube balances in my window are 26 inches long, they just over a half inch 1/2 in diameter and narrower than five eights 5/8.
The difference could be from the vinyl cover that has contracted over time.

I am also concerned about the carriage the balance attaches to in the frame of the window channel as well as one of the pins / post attached to the window that is bent.

Your photos and dimensions point us to the S600-26 spiral balance. Please note we use metal tubes for our balances, not plastic, but it should still work.

I think the carriage you refer to is the pivot shoe. The S600-26 doesn't work with any one kind of pivot shoe. Our 15-046 may be a match, but you would need to carefully compare our pictures and dimensions to your own to confirm. The same can be said for the pivot bar; our 26-040 may be a matchh, but I can't be sure. You might also want a charging tool like our 75-006 to help with installation.
