Two issues

I have one wind that is missing the bar that allows the window to open and another window the bar is there but it easily drops out of the track.

What do I need to fix both issues? The picture is of item #1 only.

Hi there!

It looks like the arm on your operator is missing. Before we recommend anything, can you show us a photo of an undamaged operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible?

It does, thank you! Your operator looks like it may be our 39-013 & 39-014 or 39-027E & 39-028E which are compatible with the 39-533 track. Look over our dimensions and compare them with your hardware to see if these match what you need.

Hi! I bought the 13.5" you recommended. Do I also need to purchase the crank or can I use the ones I have?

Your original handle should work just fine with these operators but if you'd like a new one, see our 39-205 or 39-114L depending on the style you prefer.
