Thanks for your post! I believe the channel balance you'll need to repair the window is the S765-33 Balance. Although, to confirm that this is the correct replacement you'll need to detach your balance from its shoe and compare it. The length of the channel should be 33".

You may also need the 26-053A Balance Stop, which goes over the eyelet at the top of the balance. A 32-3 stamp option will support a sash weighing 18 to 24lbs.

Your exact shoe is no longer made. That said, if your need to replace yours, I suggest reviewing and comparing the 15-046. It is compatible with the 26-040 Pivot Bar.
