Thanks for posting! Your coil balance support reminds me of the 3/8" coil supports we supply. They are used with a few different coil balance shoes, so I'll need to see a photo of the existing shoe to determine the correct match for your assembly. It may likely still be attached to the bottom of the window sash.
The tilt latch looks like it could be similar to the 26-244A but you'll need to compare the dimensions to confirm. If they are not a match, I'll need to know the length, width, and height of your latch written/typed out.
The left handed latch is the 26-243A.

Thanks for the photos. Although, I'm not really able to see the shoe. I'll need to see a clear photo of it with the sash removed to determine the correct match.
I'm afraid I cannot confirm the dimensions of the latch from the photos. Please see the diagrams above and compare the dimensions to confirm that the recommended latches are correct.

I have not removed the latch but the dimensions match very well otherwise.
Yes, these help. This shoe is a match for the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. To determine if this is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.
The coil support reminds me of the 15-205 Coil Triple Support. This uses the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. To determine the correct coil weight option, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on your coils. If there are none, please see the tutorial below.
We use a different assembly in the video but the process is the same.
