Hello! Looks like your operator base is cracked, so it definitely has to be replaced. We might have the part you need, but too much of the mechanism is obscured in this photo. Would it be possible to see the entire assembly? Seeing it out of the window would be ideal, if that's at all possible.

A friend from USA says:
I will have someone remove it that way I can provide you better pictures.

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with this style operator, or the arm length you need. This is a very unique style and nothing we sell matches.

Some possible alternatives are operators like our 39-022 and 39-023, or maybe the 39-365 and the 39-366. Both of these type operators have the same kind of metal bearing at the end of the arm as your original. However, in each case the arm is a different design and they have a screw-plate on the base, which yours lacks. I'm not sure if yours broke off or if that's an intentional design.

I cannot guarantee that any of these products will work for you but they do appear to be our best options. Look them over and see what you think.
