Hi,
I need replacement window coil balances (double coil} and sash pivot bars. I think your item # 26-021 would work for my windows.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your exact coil balance shoe is no longer made but our 15-199 Pivot Shoe should work well as a suitable replacement. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm.

Given the cover your coils are using, I believe you would need the 15-150D 1/2" Coil Double Support which is compatible with the Series 160 Coil Balance. To determine the replacement springs needed for your assembly, you'll need to check the coils for any stamps/markings. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.

This shoe is compatible with the 26-378 3" Pivot Bar. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm if this might be a better match.
