It looks like you need new coil balances. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from the window to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.
As for the tilt latches, compare an undamaged version to our 26-243 and 26-244 to see if these match what you need.
Take a look at our 26-378 pivot bar and see if our dimensions match up for what you need. However, I still can't tell what coil balance you need from these photos. It looks like you have a triple coil assembly but I'll need to see the pivot shoe that interacts with those coils to determine what you'll need. The pivot shoe should be located below the coil spring housing. I'll post some videos down below that may be helpful. You can also see our entire selection of pivot shoes here, in the meantime.
The 15-205 triple coil support is used with a few different pivot shoes but I don't know which one you have. I would need to see your pivot shoe removed from the window in order to determine what you have.
