Your casement window operators look like an older discontinued version of either our 39-315 Truth Dyad Operator (and its opposite version 39-316) or our 39-387 Splint-Arm Operator (and its opposite version 39-388). To confirm if either of these will work as a replacement for your existing hardware take a look over their dimensions below and compare them.
Each of these operators are compatible with the 39-114L Crank Handle.
The clip installed to the window looks a lot like the 70-014 Turn Clip. Take a look to see if this is what you need to complete your repairs.
