Thanks for posting! Your coil balance shoe reminds me of the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. The cover used with your springs appears to be the 15-205 3/8" Egress Coil Triple Support, which is used with the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance.

The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378.

I am not able to cross-reference the stamp from your coil, unfortunately. That said, take a look at our video tutorial below for instructions on how to select the coil springs needed to complete your assemblies.
