Thanks for reaching out! We do not have an exact match for your coil shoe but our 15-199 Pivot Shoe should work well as a replacement. Since your cover appears to be the 15-204 Coil Dual Support, it is very likely you'll need the 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balance. The compatible pivot bar is the 26-378 3" Pivot Bar.
To determine which coils you need for your assembly, be sure to look for the stamps on the metal. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that by four. This will give your the number of pounds each coil will need to support.
For this coil, you'll need the S165-6. Although, your assembly has a dual support so you'll need to double check that stamp from the other coil to determine the other Series 165 spring.
If there isn't another spring, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that number by four. From there, that should help you narrow down the other springs you need.
