Hello! We can help with this. It will just have to be a custom order since your Series 795 balance uses a 15-198 hook to install at the top of the track. Can you show me a close-up photo of the T-lock shoe in your last photo? And how many balances are you looking to order? |

Perfect, thank you! That's our 15-194 shoe, which is smaller than the default that comes with our Series 795 at only 1" wide. I appreciate you sending this photo, that clears everything up. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link and price quote that will let you add 2 of these to your cart. You can then checkout as normal. To summarize, this will be an order for a custom S795-34 balance with a 34B stamp option, but with the top screw tab swapped out for a 15-198 hook and the larger shoe swapped out for the 15-194 . Those two changes will allow our balance to install in your window without issue. Please feel free to reach out if you had any other questions! |
