Window crank broke from window

Quick Learner from Leesburg
Hello,
I need help identifying the correct part to fix a broken window crank. I just placed an order for part number 39-155 (order 2436938) but want to confirm that is the correct part.
From the picture you can see the part that broke is attached to the bottom right of the window and it no longer stays on the track against the sill. Can you help me ensure I ordered the correct part to replace?
Thank you!
Justin

Hi there Justin.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm not convinced the 39-155 is what you may have from these photos. Can you show us a photo of the entire operator assembly in one shot? We would like to see the base of the operator as well.

The black piece in your second photo is a part of the hinge. It isn't something we sell by itself so you would need a whole new hinge. With that said, take a look at the specifications of the 36-048 and see how they compare with yours. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

Good evening,

Attached are a few photos I took showing the full assembly. Some have pictures of me showing the length of the linkages as well.
Thanks
Justin

Thanks for the additional photos, Justin! Your operator looks like more of a match for the 39-254E or 39-027E depending on the arm's length. We measure from the gear's center to the roller's center as shown below. Take a look at the specifications and see which one matches up best.
