Hi there!
Start by taking a look at our 39-254E & 39-255E, and 39-027E & 39-028E operators along with the 36-048 hinge set. Review the dimensions for these parts and compare them with yours to see if one of them matches what you need. Note, you'll need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
