Window doesn't stay up on its own.

Question

The coil balance parts are broken on the first window and not keeping the window up.  These need to be replaced.

Thanks for writing in! Your pivot shoe reminds me of the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. I'm confident it should be a match but be sure to double check the dimensions.

It is used with the 26-378 Pivot Bar.

The coil balance support seems to be a match for the 15-205 Coil Triple Support. It is compatible with the 3/8" wide Series 165 Coil Balance. To confirm the right springs for the assembly, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on them.
