Hello!

Our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches were the first parts to come to mind. Have a look and see how the specifications compare with an undamaged latch.

We're happy to help identify the coil balances but we'll need more information. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window track?

The upper item that the coil spring attaches to is in the channel. It is 3-1/8" long with 2 screw holes. Pictures attached. It is about 9/16" thick. The lower shoe might be the one you suggested. It is 1-3/8" wide, 1-1/2" high and 1/2" to 9/16" thick.

I can try the shoe you suggest however I still need the upper part that is shown in the is attachment too.

Our 15-199 pivot shoe looks like a match. This is designed to be used with the 1/2" Series 160 and 3/8" Series 165 coil springs.

If the springs are 1/2" wide and you need a double coil support, see the 15-150D.

If the springs are 3/8" wide and you need a double coil support, see the 15-204.
