Definitely sounds like you need new operators. We can help, but your photo here only shows me the base, which only tells half the story. In order to identify a replacement I will need you to remove the entire mechanism from the window so that I can see the whole thing in one photo, without obstruction. Let me know if that will be possible.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm a little confused--did you need a new lock or a new operator? Or both? We can definitely supply both, if needed.

For the lock, see our 38-097 and 38-098. These are modern versions of your lock, though you will also need a new 38-079 keeper to go with them.

If you still need the operator, I will need to see it removed, as previously requested.
