To further review, are you able to provide a picture of the pivot shoe that the coils attach to? We will also need to know the number stamped on each coil springs.

If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash. From there we can determine the best option for your window. Thank you!

Please review the style and dimensions of the 15-199 pivot shoe. It appears your coils are 3/8" thick which would be the Series 165 coils springs.

For a 27 pound window, you can stack (2) S165-5 and (1) S165-4 on each side with the 15-205 cover. This will give you a total of 28 pounds of support. As long as you are within a pound range, the coils will support the sash.
