Window siding replacement

Question

I have several windows that need replacement to keep the windows up. The pictures I am showing belong to my morning room. I do noticed that in my bigger windows upstairs, the top gadget is the same but the bottom pivot foot has three metal rings coming out it.  So does it depend on the size of the window, the pivot foot is different from my morning room windows. Btw, they are all tilt windows.

Hello! Looks like you need a new coil balance assembly. We sell the parts you need, but only as individual components.

See our 15-199 pivot shoe to start, which appears to match your own. If it does then your coil spring will be one of two different sizes: either the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165. You will need to measure your old spring to determine which is the better option.
