Operator Question

A quick learner from PA says:
Hi Dave, I wonder if you can help me in resolving my problem. I am trying to buy (4) of these window operators but I can't find them on the web. They are mounted on the base of each window and as you can see they are directly connected to the wheel mechanism that opens and closes the windows. Hope you can help me out. Victor.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Greetings! I believe you have an older style "Bilt Best" window operator. Take a look at the 39-027E & 39-028E 9-1/2" Operators, or the 39-013 & 39-014 13-1/2" Operators. I am not sure of the arm length of your operator, so compare these products with your old parts and see what matches closest. You will also need to replace the track and handle. Take a look at the parts I've associated on this page. Please note that you might need to retro fit your wood sill cover to accommodate the newer style operator.
