casement window crank assembly and black slide

This may be a duplicate email but I didn't have the photos attached on the first one. ANyway, I'm looking for the crank assembly for a casement window that opens on the right hand side. The track is 10" long, the longest bar is 11 3/4" to the bend in the bar and the short bar is 5" long. The slider is 1" by 5/8" wide and 3/16" thick. It is stamped U.S.A. 29. I can't see any other part numbers and really can't disassemble the crank because it's still holding the window in place.

Do you have something that would work as a replacement assembly?

See our 39-027E and 39-028E 9-1/2" Arm Operators, or the 39-013 and 39-014 13-1/2" Arm Operators. Double-check your dimensions to see if either of these match; if your operators have arms that are in between these lengths, I'd opt for the 39-027E and 39-028E; the window will not open as far, but it should work.

If you need a new hinge set, see if our 36-004-10 matches up.
