Thumb latch broke on my Andersen French Door. See attach photos. Any idea what part that is? I'm a professional, but this is my door and having trouble tracking down this part. Thanks.

My name is Cindy and I am trying to repair my old sliding door but I don't know what rollers to buy. Can you help? There are no markings on the old ones or on the door but the word Guardian is etched in the glass so that could be the name of the door manufacturer.

I have a 900 series with a black tip. 29" which is the closest yellow or green?

I believe the windows were installed on the mid 1970's.

Hi, Moved into this house and all the tilt latches need to be replaced. I have no idea of what make or model these windows are. They are single pane and only open from the bottom window. The windows are about 21 yrs old. Can you help? Any suggestions? Thank you, Janice

Hi not sure what part this is and if there's a replacement piece for this. Please let me know if you have any ideas what I can buy. Or let me know if there is no replacement. Very much inexperienced. Just trying to fix things if possible.

I need pivot lock shoes for most of my windows and I can't find the right one. They are NFRC 100/200 windows. There are similar pivot lock shoes, but the hook end doesn't latch onto my pin. It has to look like these. Thanks!

Looking for inverted block and tackle single hung tilt window balance. Length is 36", part number on balance is BSI 36B, window BSL6 2862, 1700J 787743 003582730. Screw mount goes at top.

I think it may be maestro window. Installed about 1997. Maybe a part missing from the inside or flat head set screw broke and set screw to short. Thanks for the help

My customer is looking to replace this door handle. It is a Milgard door but Milgard does not carry this handle and can't match it closely enough. One of the coils is 5 and the other is 6. I don't need the carrier I just thought it might help. I need both sides for 2 windows.
