I am looking for a replacement lock and handle. The standard mortisse lock from home depot/lowes is square and does not fit.

Need small bars that slide into bottom of window frame then attach to spring at edge of window.

I will send photos. Let me know what else you need. I believe it is a Truth Hardware Encore operator.

The second photo is what my windows use. Could you let me know if it is the same as the one in the first photo (the dimensions are the same)? If not, what is the right product? Thanks.

Need to Identify the part

This is an 8 year old window. From the inside the hinge is on the left. From the outside the hinge is on the right.

Older vinyl replacement window tilt latch 3 1/4 in length 1 3/8 in width 2 1/8 between screws 3/4 inch back set 5/16 in height. No marking. Also need a pair of window shoes. Pic included. Lol minus the stink bug. Lol ?

Need replacement parts for Simonton double hung tilt window

I am looking for the plastic wedge which is 1-5/8" x 1/2". Pins are offset 3/16" and are 1-3/16" apart center to center. The distance from the edge of the lock mount to the end of the arm on the wedge is 5/8"

Does your company carry that kind of latch?

Bought one operator from doesn't really fit. Building built 1959 .

These parts are 1-5/16" long. No idea what they are, where they go or if they're necessary. Any thoughts?Also, I ordered a couple 26-241 pivot bars from you to replace a broken one and the same window. Thanks, Rick
