Hello When you turn window crank to close, it raises and top housing (cover) lifts up - window doesn't close - I cannot find any indication if manufacturer of window Thank you Glenn

Working on a remodel for a client that has an older model Pella window crank. The crank fails to close it securely. I took off the casement around the crank and noted that there's a notch on the moving elbow that should clip into the mounted bracket and pull the window closed. Haven't been able to ... (cont.)

I have recently purchased a house that has Anlin windows. One part is missing the bottom vinyl part. It is an almond color, 16 3/4th inch long by 1/2 wide ( please see the part that fell off from a diff window, same size). I am having a hard time locating the part. No identifiable numbers or markings and shoe is broken, so pivot bar is unable to rotate it with sash in place. Sash weighs 28.8 pounds.

I am looking for a replacement lock and handle. The standard mortisse lock from home depot/lowes is square and does not fit.

Need small bars that slide into bottom of window frame then attach to spring at edge of window.
