I need to replace the entire hardware on this old window. It opens on the left but the hinges are on the right (looking out the window). The handles keep getting stripped. I can only find a marking on the handle cover plate it says 4 LH; and then another under one of the arms that looks like a WL. ... (cont.)

24" long, 23 4 is the stamp, B.S.I. Is possibly the manufacturer, no idea when it was made. Need 2

I can't find a part that matches what I have. The metal is 1/2" wide and 28" long.

We cant find this part. We have the 2 bar slider, and the cranks but this is the most corroded and we cant find and need several top and bottoms for a window that opens to the right when facing it on the inside. It will go with 39-253LB

My double hung window will not stay open on its own. Using your helpful videos, I was able to determine that my coil balance unit was broken (see the plastic at the bottom of the unit).What parts and pieces do I need to replace the unit on both sides of the window frame?
