The window will not crank. It comes apart when trying to close window. I need a left and right replacement for two different windows. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated . thank you tommy

The marking near the tongue of the spring coil is #9.035" can you identify the parts I need to fix the bottom sash? thanks anthony

I have a few window latches that need replacement in pairs. The part has the PAT No. 5,139,291 and 10B or 10C. The spring latch is curved on the part that slides in window track.

I need to replace the two balances on my SH4000, installed around 2003. It is 36 inches and the pics are attached. I cannot locate any identifying numbers or codes on the current balances. I've had a upper hinge fail. This is a similar hinge that is in good shape. The metal on the corner has broken at the window pivot. Do you have a similar assembly?

I hen the door was installed the part to latch the lock onto was not. Need to order it so can use the locking mechanism

My parents are old and cannot fathom the idea of replacing their entire storm door (purchased 2015). The spring seems to have broken in the top part of the mechanism that resets the orientation of the handle. Can I put this part or the entire lock kit?
