Hi I need this part for 6 windows please

no numbers or spelling

Some sashes no longer stay up in these wood windows, original to a 1961 house. In the pictured window one of the springs has fallen out. What is the best replacement product? The springs are about 5/8 inch wide and the sashes are 23 inches tall and do not tilt out.

It looks like we need a new lock and keeper set. If I am seeing correctly, it is that the keeper itself is broken if you sell that independently The width of it is 4 inches and 1/8 and the latch itself is one and 3/4 What part do we need? thanks

I have three double hung Simonton windows where the sash won't stay up. I'm pretty sure I need to replace the balance assembly. Can you help me figure out which part I need to order?

Hi, Having trouble finding the exact corner insert for my miter frame window screen. There are divots in the middle of both ends to slide in. Any ideas?
