Hello! Can you help me identify what I should order for the patio door handle? The current handle says Allen-Stevens NYC PAT RD 1965. Attached are some pictures.

Need replacement parts for two windows. Bottom half of the rod is broken.

Hi I’ve got a Millgard vinyl window and the channel balance and shoes are needing replacement. I’ve attached some pictures to help identify it. Thanks I have a caliper and measured the thickness of the shoe and it is either 1/2” or 9/16” (caliper measures in between). ... (cont.)

New rollers needed

I have 10 of these tilt windows in my home that all need new balances. As far as I can tell they are all identical, and I suspect they are from around 2003 or so. The part that the bottom of the balance connects to, and that the bottom of the sash sits in doesn't seem to come out of the track. Is ... (cont.)

Can you please identify these pivot shoes and coil spring covers? I also included a photo of the coil spring. 5 photos attached.

I need the part that goes to secure the vance in place. I need two of them, one for each side. I was able to put the balance in but it wont stay se ured due to it not have something to secure it

Hi Need replacement for those

I ordered 10-327 thinking it would fit my shower door but its more than twice the thickness and sturdiness of the rubber compared to the one I plan on replacing.
