This frame came out of an old storm door. The swivel keys seem in good shape. the bottom corner keys are broken and need replaced. Any ideas on part numbers?

The handle broke but locking mechanism works. Do you have a replacement? Markings say 120, 103 and 121. The back of the plate says AP TWAL

My current grommets measure 5/16" outer diameter of cylindrical portion; 1/4" inner diameter. The part #21-095, bifold door pin assembly, fits inside my original grommets.
