Looking for a window pivot bar for my NEWPRO vinyl double hung wi Dow that tilt in for cleaning. I'm attaching 2 pics. One shows a good pivot metal bar and the 2nd shows one where the pivot bar that sticks out if the window is missing as it broke off.

I am looking to replace this casement Window operator. It has a single split arm. The outermost screws used to affix it to the window sill are 4.25 inches apart. The other screws into the window itself. I think I could use an operator and stud bracket together to attach it to the window. The handle ... (cont.)

There are no identifiable numbers on part or anywhweee on windows. We think the windows are Louisiana Pacific, circa 93-95. Measurements are 2 1/4 inches tall, 1 1/8 inch wide

It is approximately 11/16" to 3/4" wide both directions. Please review attached photos for further details. Thank you in advance. -Kevin

Can you help me identify this balance? It looks like a quadruple Series 230 constant force balance. On your website, I only see it go up to a double. I need two sets of the 14-in awning hinges and 2 ea. Of the same era crank assemblies ( 2002ish window manufacturer date)

One of my customer's brought me this piece of vinyl "trim" that his wood front door shuts against. The 5/16" & 1/8" leg go into a slot & the face of the door (not the spine) shuts against the 7/8" base. Do you have anything like this or something that would replace it?TIA ... (cont.)

The main crank is ok. The part under the window and the link that attaches to the guide piece that the casement window slides on are broke. I would like parts to repair both right and left window. 36956180

About two and a half inches long, one end is more T shaped, the other more square, a round ish tab sticking out just below the T part, and a single screw hole. I have a casement door that has a problem: from a closed position, turning the crank handle counter clockwise opens the door. However, when turning the handle clockwise to close the door, the whole shaft just backs out of the casing. The door can be closed only by helping it along from outside while ... (cont.)

I have two pairs of windows that won't stay up. Both are SH 40x56 Simonton windows; two are 1/1 and two are 6/6.
