Hello SWISCO Support Team, The window constant force balance appears to be weakened. The sash is slowly drifting down, which suggests the balance has lost tension over time. To repair it properly, I plan to replace both balances on each side so the window operates evenly. Do you carry these bala ... (cont.)

I didn't see any significant markings. outer wheel diameter is just over 1.125" inner wheel (center groove to center groove) is approximately 1" chassis is 1.250" tall x .625" thick and 3.125" long

Hi. These are "home style restyling" Republic windows. The screws on many window handles have stripped where they enter the cam. The company went out of business, trying to find replacements. Thanks! Brian

I have these combo latches on the windows in my Florida home that was built in 2000 and they are now brittle from the sunlight. I would like replacements. 4" screw spacing and 1 1/2" between the 2 closest together.

This is fo windows that lift and as the window is heavy the spring gave way during winds and came down we need four units of these
