The black plastic piece that seems to hold the channel balance in place has broken on one side. They are on the top corners of the window It is held in place with 2 screws. I have super glued the broken one but doubt that will hold.

Single pane aluminum windows in a CA 1969 home. The "nylon" cam that acts as a spring and allows the security handle to move (unlatch and latch against the frame). Looking for a Larson storm door latch assembly. The one pictured is about 20 years old. There is no registration information on the door.

Is this a sellf braking pivot shoe that has no lift mechanism? There doesn't appear to be a lift mechanism in there but they won't stay up.

These appear to be a Pella knock off or lower model. Screw pattern is 1 7/8". May need dome other parts too.
