2003 OKRA Casement window all 4 Cranks are stripped

Markings : 21 12 BSI 1/2 inch wide x 22 inch long, foot is 1 inch wide,and spring is 12 inches. Would like to know witch replacement works. Thanks Tom

I am looking for a repalcment quick tilt coil spring window balancer and I'm not sure which one I need as there are no numbers stamped on the coil other than a "c".
