Right side window crank isn't working. Left side works.

Number on balance is 19 5 BSI ph21 inches long from plastic edge to plastic edge19 5/8 inches long from metal edge to metal edge5/8 inch tall 1/2 inch wide

I need four replacement corners. The screen appears to have corners with a flange that rests on the interior of the window surface. The entire length of the piece is 2 and 1/4 in or 5.5 cm. Do you have any ideas?
