Can you supply a replacement CMC-6 Balancer for a Midgard vinyl window with sliding/tilting bottom sash? Please see the included photos. The metal Chanel is 26 1/8" long, 5/8" wide, and 1/2" deep.

These are supporting hallway laundry access folding doors. Hinges are surface mounted with offsetting holes. Hinges are tricky and exact replacements are preferable.

I have an older sliding glass door that needs new wheels. I am attaching pictures so you can help me figure out what I need for replacements. I have not found any markings on the panels or frame as of right now.

the widest part at the corner is a half inch thick by a half inch wide and tapers down both ways to about 7/16 x 7/16 it does have a small tab on one side to go into a guide inside the screen frame. Pencil pointing towards this tab in photo.

Hello I have been looking high and low for replacements for the correct tandem wheel sets on the door that I have attached a picture of the model info below. This particular model comes with a 10/32 mounting hole and I have been unsuccessful finding that size mounting hole. I believe the wheel size ... (cont.)

do you have these shoes? Also, the balances are 28c N BSI stamped. 9/16" wide. I think they are 770's? I don't have sash stops and think i will need to cut away part of the rail to get them out. At the top of the window channel? Thank you for your help. James

small plastic wedge with a small pin to snap into window. the wedge holds the window into the slide moving up and down. 1 on each side of the window

I had to remove this channel cover because landscaper knocked the track of of the stucco opening. It is an aluminum piece, and I bent it taking it off. I would be happy to replace it with plastic.

The top piece that secures the bar that lifts up and down broke off.

The original latch on a 1957 mid-century home sliding door does not work, located in Venice, Florida near the beach. The latch sticks on the face plare as it moves forward and should be proud of the face plate when it is in is relaxed position.

The balancer has Certain Teed printed on it. Im afraid to remove it completely as the window already drops a few inches the way it is.
