How do I identify replacement rollers for a 4-door pella sliding patio door installed in 1993.

Hi I have a wooden shutter on our door and there is a screw in a plastic piece and when you close the shutter it snaps into the little clip hope you can see it - I am looking for these parts I need 4 of them thank you Kathy

Looking for replacement part

I am in need of some missing parts from a window that has been purchased. This window has no hardware at all. Enclosed are the pictures of some hardware from another window that has all of the parts. Good afternoon, Looking for replacements for the photographed roller. I was looking at the 81-090 and the 81-290, but the measurements are not lining up. I am looking for a roller with a housing thickness of 5/8", as anything under that is not working out for me.

These are roller s I think it's a 640 for the bottom roller for better built windows about 20-25 years old

Inside locking knob on primary door just spins, does not engage the flip out lock. Inside locking knob on secondary door does not stop outside handle from opening. Upper/locker lock bars seem to engage properly. Looking for replacement, I assume both sides of the door. I thought this was a Pella d ... (cont.)
