I would like to replace this weather stripping

Hi, my pivot bars broke are these replaceable ? I see there is screws there if I take them out will I be able to remove that pivot bar and tell what type it is ?

Cord of balancing systen has been broken. i think balancing systen is at the top of the window, I removed couple of scews from the window top frame but could not remove the balancing spring. An old tilt window needs a lot of the little parts replaced. We know the spiral balance we need (red tip 26"), but aren't sure about the pivot shoes and internal latches. Sashes are 29 inches. Looking for the spring opening assemble. For the upper sash it consists of a 16 inch spring, a block the bottom of the sash fits into and a hook at the top to attach to the jambliner.

I bought the 39-312 awning operator, but: Attached are pictures of original (brass) vs. plastic that was received. The plastic slider does not fit into the window track - it is too wide.
