I have older MW vinyl windows that were installed in 2000. The plastic part at the top of the rod has broken on several windows thus causing the spring to lose tension. The mountain hole is on top the adjustment screws on the bottom it is not 81-132 but this is something I saw on your Google search that was close to what I was looking for the screw home or upside down I mean need to be flipped around and it needs to be one half inch thick the reason I'm contacting ... Hi, I have multiple broken pivot shoes from vinyl windows built in the mid 90s. The windows use spiral balances and the shoes all look the same. Hi Not sure if I need 6 or 9 strength coils With the hole at the bottom it reads 6 but the shoe had 18 marked on it I'm in the UK and coil springs are pretty unusual over here only seen a few in 20 years but want to attempt this repair,from your site they look like s152 coils Thanks greg ... I have a Sentry 2000 Motor system which runs my two awning windows. We had a power surge and the motors went haywire. They were running constantly without actually moving the windows.
