We have several tilt windows that have broken when using the tilt function. The metal piece cracked and the plastic piece needs to be replaced.

Two windows , one 31lb with a 19 1/2 metal channel, one 27lb with 19 1/2 metal channel. (the 31lb and 27lb weights are the vinyl sash.) I need two channel balances for each sash.

I am hoping to find a solution that will provide two handles (inside and out) as my wife has a hard time pulling on the non-handle solutions on the exterior as it take a good amount of finger strength to open the door from outside without a handle. Hello,I have windows that were placed about 20 years ago. Some of the cranks mechanisms no longer work to open the windows and many of the covers are cracked. I have included photos. According to Florida state laws, a limiter of some sort needs to be installed as this window is on the 2nd floor. It is for a double hung tilt window.
