I'm trying to get a replacement single hung window latch. House was built in 2005. It measures 2 1/4" inches screw hole to screw hole. There is no receptor piece on the upper window, the latch just glides under the bottom edge of the upper window to lock.

I see number "2940" engraved. Length is 29.5" metal to metal and 7/18" wide

For the 84-026 corner roller assembly, is the material for the metal housing steel or aluminum?

I am trying to find the replacement part for this door catch. It is for a pair a French Doors and holds them closed. It is on the top of the door. And presses into the door jam. I will take pictures of the broken one, the one in good repair and the door jamb. Thank tou, Brett

Do you carry the internal latches that go with lever 26-234? They are about 2 3/4 x 11/16 Yes the lever (thats what I call it) snaps into the latch. The pictures I sent are the total latch. This is a French door center locking mechanism on the inactive door to throw locking pins in the top and bottom of the door slab. I am having trouble finding a replacement.

I believe these are from American Craftsman Model 9500 (2008??) I bought at Home Depot. I need both the right and left hand. Do you stock them?
