I have a client that has aluminum slider with no proper handle and lock. The house was built in 1973. someone Jerry rigged a handle on that inside- so you can ignore that. These are Deco parts - found the part numbers online by measuring - but can't find parts.

Good day- I have 2 windows that appear to have balances that are broken or close to breaking. There are no window clips in any of the frames, so I will need those as well. Appreciate any assistance you may provide to make sure I order the appropriate parts. Thank you. Chris

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the correct replacement part. Cartridge is 25 3/16" long, 9/16" wide. Stamped 25 4 GV.

Metal is 30" long

I ordered 39-025 but the holes don't line up. I believe this is a right hand awning crank. The old one only has one screw hole on the bottom plus another a little higher on the right.

Do you carry the replacement block and tackle for MI series 865?

I have 2 windows that are in rough shape. 1 balancer on either side has a broken string. I think it would be best to get all new hardware for both windows. Are these photos sufficient to find out exactly what I would need?

Hi Tom - I read the 39-107 might be cover replacement for my broken MW labeled covers which show TRUTH brand on the underside, pic attached. My wife bought a Truth cover from Amazon, that looks like your 39-107 but it does not seem to sit flush to the sill nor do the little "points" on the back bot ... (cont.)

I recently order some 3/8" thickness pivot shoes not stopping to think that cam size varied. The part I ordered (15-045) fits the vinyl window frame/slot but not the metal cams on the sides of the window itself. I just measured these and they appear to be 7/16 by 5/16. Hi- I am trying to repair a loose screen door top on a sliding glass door. I bought a primeline B-714, which is perfect, EXCEPT the 3/8th inch bracket.
