It looks like the part that connects the hinge to the window frame has broken. I don't know the part number for a replacement. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I identified the locking handle 38-090 now I need the operator , the old operator is missing so I am left with a 1/2" x 3" rectangular hole in the window frame and 2 mounting holes in the base of frame the casement is hinged on the left hand side looking at it from the inside.
