Hello do you have a pivot that will replace this one. Windows are about 20-24 years old

I need some help. I cannot find this window balance and in specific the end piece that connects to the pivot lock shoe. What is this piece? what balance will be used for this? Good morning, this is a crank for a triple window operator crank. I measured to the best of my ability, so I'm going to say this is close, but not perfect. I measured my bathroom window balance from metal to metal. It measured 10 and 3/4 inches. The window does not raise up or down without balancing using both hands. The 11 inch window balance is the lowest I can find. Please advise. Thank you. Lonnie
