I need to install a key lock on the outside and and be able to still use the lever on the inside to lock the door. The color is tan or beige.

The part doesn't have any numbers. Just the Pat.Pend. We need 3 left side and 3 right side.

Dear Customer support team. Attached are the pictures of the top sash guide we have. The part is close to 18-008 or 18-008H but there are few minor differences such as the shape of the top portion. This length is 21 in. Measures 1/2 on back and side. The open side seems to be 5/8. 20 4 DV CMC 7 is the part #. Do you have the part available?James

Hello I am trying to find a replacement storm door handle

Hi, I have this old roller mirror door which now has the broken roller which needed to be replaced but i dont know the replacement product...could you please help me with it.

My current windows are not operating properly as the pivot shoes have broken apart. Triple coil marked with 15 on bottom coil. The 2 inner and outer sashes need coil shoe replacement. I cannot find the replacement shoes.

Used to keep windows from opening more than 4".

This part screws into the side of the Viking window and hooks onto the top of the sash spring mechanism. This picture is of the good one. the other side has broken off and is missing.
